Online
All online payments - credit card, debit card or electronic check - are handled through Western Union Speedpay. Online payments include a convenience fee* from Western Union® Speedpay®. See the credit card FAQ for more information. Make an online payment now.

Online through your bank
Most banks offer customers the ability to pay monthly bills online. If you're already paying other monthly bills online through your bank, consider adding your utilities payment. Check with your financial institution about making online payments.

Telephone
Credit card, debit card and electronic check payments are accepted over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call us at 448-4800 or Western Union direct at 1-866-611-2261. Telephone payments are processed by Western Union Speedpay and include a convenience fee*. See the credit card FAQ for more information.

Payment programs
Budget Billing  allows customers to level out their monthly bills, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows customers to pay bills automatically from a bank account. Call 448-4800 to set up Budget Billing and EFT payment (customer qualifications apply).

Drop boxes
For your convenience, we have payment drop boxes at several locations throughout the city. Find a location near you.

In person
You may also make payments at our Customer Service Center, 111 S. Cascade Ave., on the corner of Cascade and Colorado avenues. The lobby is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Drive-up service is available Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Questions
If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call us at 448-4800. A representative can assist you between 7 a.m and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also call our One Touch Instant Service (OTIS) phone system at 448-4848 to receive account information. If you prefer to speak to a representative in person, please stop by the Customer Service Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

*Credit card, debit card and electronic check payments are processed through Western Union® Speedpay® and include a convenience fee from Western Union on your credit card or bank statement.

  • The residential customer convenience fee is $2.95 for payment amounts up to $500.
  • The business customer convenience fee is $5.95 for payment amounts up to $1,000.
  • The convenience fee is paid per utilities account per payment.
